Kajeet.net offers Affordable Education Broadband. They have a nationwide purchasing agreement with the Association of Educational Services Agencies (AESA), which assures customers of pricing normally exclusive to bulk purchasers. To receive a quote, customers are encouraged to complete a form or call Kajeet at (240)-482-3500.
The Kajeet SmartSpot® is a portable 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot that extends the school day by providing managed broadband access outside of the classroom. This service provides anytime, anywhere Internet access for students. It is 100% CIPA and school policy compliant, controlling costs by preventing waste and abuse.

Kajeet Return Policy?
Kajeet.net offers a Device Warranties and Non-Return Policy. Devices sold to customers are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after shipment by Kajeet. If a defect is notified before the warranty period expires, Kajeet may choose to either repair or replace the device. Replacements may be new or refurbished devices.
Before returning a device, customers must obtain a return authorization number from Kajeet. The cost of shipping the device to Kajeet and the risk of loss during transit are borne by the customer.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from ordinary wear and tear, modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Kajeet or its authorized service technicians, and/or accident or abuse.
All sales on customer purchased devices are final and cannot be returned for a refund. For Chromebook warranty and service issues, these are honored and handled via the manufacturer and not directly by Kajeet.
